• We welcome respectful travelers who value our homes as much as we do. All bookings are subject to our standard guest screening and ID verification process.  
• Pool heating is available as an add-on for the full duration of your stay. Hot tub heating is always included.  
• A signed rental agreement is required within 24 hours of booking.  
• A valid credit card and government-issued ID must be submitted after booking to finalize your reservation.  
• Parties, weddings, or events of any kind are not permitted.  
• Standard occupancy is limited to 12 guests. Up to 2 additional guests may be approved in advance at $150/night per person.  
• Unauthorized guests or exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval may incur a $250 per person, per night fee.  
• Quiet hours begin at 9 PM. Excessive noise or disturbance may result in removal without refund.  
• For stays of 30 nights or more, a refundable security deposit and signed Long-Term Addendum are required.

On the Rocks is the perfect five-star vacation for those seeking a thrill, adventure, and pure zen after 15 months of quarantine! The home was immaculately cleaned, the check-in process was easy and hassle-free, and the location was perfect! The property managers, Cori and Chris, were available 24-7 and made our stay a dream. The listing, photos, and reviews don't do this home justice. Bravo to the owner for his/her vision and sharing this masterpiece with all of us! We can't wait to visit again - this home will become part of our annual family tradition.

Awesome property, close to everything, management communicates very well and makes it easy. Only tip I'd pass on to the owner is that the cool sink function in the video isn't working and hasn't been for a while apparently but that didn't impact our enjoyment of the property at all.

#### Just as advertised on Thrillist! Best vacation rental EVER

We saw this home featured on Thrillist's facebook page as one of the TOP vacation rentals in the country and we booked it immediately! It was everything we could of hoped for and more. The video we saw online was so amazing we figured it had to be staged and couldn't live up to the hype and we were wrong! It was just as epic if not better. The views are incredible from all directions and the house is so modern and luxurious.. We felt like royalty. We will be back for sure! 10 stars across the board

#### Fantastic Property

Just got back from a 4 day stay at this house. It is even BETTER than the pictures. The seamless flow from the inside to the outside was simply awesome. You can jump on the Camelback Mountain trail from the neighborhood. A simple 15 minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale for shopping and dining, although we only did that one night because we didn't want to ever leave the house. The 4 different fire pits were so fun to gather around - one for sunrise and one for sunset. A truly special place and I would highly recommend it.
