The space There are several inviting outdoor sitting and eating areas, both on the private patio (with its own barbecue), or the shared use areas. The inside living area has plenty of space for cooking, eating, and watching television, or just relaxing. The casita is equipped with a stacked washer/dryer in the bedroom closet. The private garage has a door that opens onto covered patio where the entrance is located for the casita. There are extra available items for your use in the garage cabinets. Guest access The guest house is totally private for your complete use. There are three exterior doors that access the space. One bedroom door to private patio, one living area door to private patio, and one living area door to open common area back yard. There is a private single car garage accessible from easement alley. It had everything we needed and more. Location was good. pretty easy to get where we wanted to go visit. Owners were super nice!!! It had a pool but the weather didn't cooperate. Was not heated which is something i neglected to check. Would highly recommend this cute cozy and comfy Casita. Thank you!! ##### cynthia m. Very peaceful. The casita was beautifully decorated, as was the yard. Close to restaurants, shopping and within 1/2 hour to most spring training parks. Price was very fair. It had everything we needed and more. We loved the beautiful flowers, walking through garden and enjoyed hearing birds eat morning. The decor was adorable.
