Stayed for a weekend with my family while visiting our kid’s friends at ASU. House was comfortable and fun. Lots of space and comfy beds.

#### Disappointed

I paid in advance for a heated hot tub and pool. When I arrived neither where hot and when I notified then about it all they could say was we will refund you the money, of which I still haven't received. The propane thanks where empty and outdoor the gas fire pit didn't not work. When your renting a higher end home you do not expect these kinds of mistakes. It was clear that this home is managed by a company and not by the actual homeowner that has its priorities on the bottom line instead of having it on the overall experience.
