I had to contact VRBO twice to have the property manager provide the unit number the day before check in so I could schedule a grocery delivery. Also, the check in instructions said we could not set the temperature of the unit below 70 degrees. There was nothing about the thermostat in the listing information, and had there been, I would have selected a different unit to rent.
