Heated pool and heated spa. This property is nestled on the side of Lookout Mountain in the exclusive Phoenix Moon Valley area. You will have city and canyon views. Heated spool/spa on property. Sleeping arrangements are 4 bedrooms with 4 king beds and a futon in an area that can be closed off for additional privacy with a custom made barn door. 2 full baths with shower and tub, and another 1/2 bath powder room. Drum set on premises. Don't worry parents... No drum sticks...no noise. You choose. There are a few guitar amps on premises as well if you want to bring a guitar and plug in here as well. You are 1 mile from the Pointe Tapatio resort Lookout Mountain golf course. There is also a hiking trails on the mountain which is within a 2 minute walk. BBQ grill, chef's kitchen, multiple out door patios, gas fireplace inside, cornhole and many other games on property. You will be in central phoenix and less than 10 minutes away from multiple choices for fine dining. You can also walk from the property to a sports bar and pizza place which are both just a block away just down the hill. The views and location within the city associated with this property are magnificent. You can walk 2 minutes away and hike Lookout Mountain Trailhead. It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was perfect for us since it was a short walk to a Lookout Mountain trail and a short drive to multiple coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery store. There are two separate outdoor areas- a pool in the back and a spa in the front. Both have plenty of seating areas. We enjoyed the pool on hot days and the spa when temperatures dropped into the 60's. A drum set and old fashioned video game were hits with our adult children. Our host was terrific. It had everything we needed for our girls trip! The house was more beautiful than we even thought it was going to be. The host responded and provided everything we asked for. He was the best! It has everything you could want in a vacation spot and is centrally located to everything. And I cannot say enough about how awesome Stacy is as a host as well! The house is very well kept and has the most comfortable beds. It was exactly as listed in the description. Stacy is an excellent host Responds immediately to any questions you may have. The check in process was seamless and informative. The house is in a great neighborhood and a short walk to the hiking paths of the mountains. My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home this past week, we were very happy we picked this home. Stacy was a great host, and was very accommodating to us, he was always ready to get us anything we needed, from extra sheets/towels to recommendations for food and entertainment. There are many homes available to pick from in the Phoenix area, but you gotta go with this one, heres why: It checks all the boxes! Beautiful home ✔️ Pool ✔️ Hot tub ✔️ Spacious bedrooms ✔️ Great Location(safe/quiet) ✔️ ✔️ Friendly Host that makes it easy for check in and check out ✔️ Stacey: The game console was a success, kids loved it! And my daughter was really grateful for being able to bring her guitar and to have an amp to hook it up to, thanks again! Not only was the owner, Stacy, the most welcoming and accommodating, but his home was absolutely BREATHTAKING. We were so at ease after he went out of his way to walk us through the entire house himself and showed us where each and every thing was. The view from both top and bottom balconies were out of this world. The house was so so clean and packed with all of our everyday necessities that we never had to leave the house for anything at all. The pool is also heated so we even got to enjoy the Arizona nights out in the water. To make our stay even easier, Stacy sent us some local hiking trails and restaurants that we ended up going to so we never had to look for anything ourselves and be uneasy.
