The property and unit were dirty and undergoing repairs, making it feel unfinished and not ready for guests. The lack of privacy was also a concern. The setup did not feel secure or comfortable, and combined with the surrounding area, it made us uneasy.Additionally, the location was misrepresented. It was advertised as being downtown Phoenix, but it was actually about a 15 minute drive away. This property did not meet expectations so we did not stay. Because there are different units, it would be a great property if you had a few friends or couples that wanted their own privacy but to also stay together. Private backyard to socialise. The only drawback with sharing the property is the parking as it is one long driveway and so you may have to ask or be asked to move your vehicle so someone can get out. The neighbourhood isn't the prettiest but it felt safe and this property is very well kept. Would definitely stay here again.
