Our charming, open-concept home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood on a spacious inner corner lot, offering a large, private backyard. The tall brick wall surrounding the yard ensures plenty of seclusion. There's even a large side lot with an RV gate, making it perfect for extra vehicles or toys! The backyard is your own personal paradise, complete with a fun swimming pool with a deeper end for cannonballs and pool games. Relax in the deck chairs, take shade under the umbrella, and enjoy pool toys for endless fun. The large covered patio features a comfy sectional couch, a 6-seat bar-height table with a propane fireplace at its center, and an outdoor TV for entertainment. For ultimate relaxation, enjoy the swing that easily converts into a daybed. Fire up the propane grill for a BBQ or play cornhole, air hockey, or oversized Jenga! Don’t forget the putting green – there’s something for everyone here! Inside, the home is just as cozy and inviting. With 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there's plenty of space to spread out and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, both big and small, plus a spacious island with seating for two – perfect for food prep or casual drinks. The kitchen opens into the family room, where a comfy sectional couch and smart TV await. The adjoining dining area features a 10-seat table, ideal for family meals or game nights. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet, and a cozy sitting area. Three additional bedrooms offer queen beds and ample closet space. The fifth bedroom features a full-over-full bunk bed and sleeps up to four. This room also has a desk and office chair, plus a closet for added convenience. The home was exactly as described..Very clean, clear expectations and responsibilities as a guest in their home.. Close to stores, hiking trails, the city.. short rides to visit other cities likeTempe for a Coyotes game, Sedona for amazing scenery.. Kim was very responsive in answering questions. The house is clean and fit our families perfectly. The kitchen had all the basics we needed. The outdoor living space looked really fun, although we didn’t have much time to enjoy. Kim kept us informed of things to expect and was very communicative and reasonable. Inside games, outside games, places to relax. The out side area was so amazing fire pit, couch and chairs. We didn’t not have a car and walking places was so nice and close.
