Easy access to shopping and fine restaurants centrally located in North Peoria AZ surrounded by mountain views and natural desert. This Guest house is a 1 bedroom 1 Bathroom with its own patio on an acre property approximately 200 feet away from the main house which makes it very private. There is a separate brick paver walkway that guides you to the entryway of the guest house. Fully equipped kitchen, brand new King size Casper Mattress new sheets and towels, the bathroom is spacious with a walk in shower, Flat screen television, Dish Network Satellite with DVR recorder and Wifi .Plenty of room for parking 4 vehicles and RV Parking. The location was great for us to attend spring training games, play golf and ride our bikes on the New River bike path. There are also several good restaurants in the area. We came to visit our son and daughter in law for a couple of days and the pool was a great place to visit keep cool and talk. Has everything you need to cook dinners at home and well located to explore the area. My dog loved the stretch of green lawn out our front door for playing catch and just hanging out. ##### Paula C. It was not missing anything. We loved the separate bedroom and bath and open floor plan. Helen made sure we had everything we needed and she was always accessible. It is only 15 minutes from the Peoria Stadium which was great for spring training games. Looking out on the large yard and pool felt like a real getaway for us.
