Welcome to your very own oasis! This property is the perfect getaway to relax and enjoy the sun! Located in such a prime location near many stores including a large variety of restaurants to dine out! Near golf courses and not too far from major cities. The house is completely sanitized after each stay. Downstairs offers a great wide open concept to relax and spread out. Bedrooms are privately located upstairs. Smart TV app access only(using your own accts)/no cable. Sit outside on the green turf or cool off in the spacious pool!

Gina was very responsive and addressed every question we had without hesitation. Thr property is perfect for us as we visited family with our 1 year old daughter. The pool was great and the location is great as well. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in West Phoenix.

Perfect home base for our spring training trip to Surprise.Not only was the home clean, but the hosts had so many small, thoughtful touches that just made our day - qtips, cotton balls, sunscreen in the welcome basket, and while we didn't need it, seeing a high chair available just seemed to say, "We want to make sure you have everything you need." Beds were comfortable with excellent pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathrooms were clean. And communication was quick and responsive. We did not get a chance to really use the pool (time of year not conducive, even though the weather was exceptionally hot), but it sure looked inviting! Would I stay here again? Absolutely.

Beautiful home! Home was just as described. Very nice neighborhood & great location. Only negative we found was that if you like really hot showers, you won't like it because the shower water doesn't get very hot. That is literally the only complaint we have. Overall, a great stay & would happily stay again when in the area! Definitely recommend!

Perfect Family Getaway with an Amazing Pool!

⸻We had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The backyard was a true highlight — the pool was amazing, and the space was perfect for our family to unwind and have fun.The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils, pots, and pans we needed, which made it easy to cook most of our meals at home. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches — pool towels, sunscreen, inflatables, and even board games were all provided!Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the location couldn’t have been better for us as we were in town for a baseball tournament. Having a grocery store right around the corner was a big plus.We used the pool every single day and truly felt at home here. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing, well-equipped place to stay!

Our family enjoyed our stay at the home. Property was clean. Check in process was easy, and Gina is responsive, although we did not require any assistance during our stay. Our family took advantage of the board/card games available for use. Didn’t use the kitchen to cook, as we ate out, or ordered food in, but plenty of cookware if you wish to cook. If you choose not to, plenty of eateries and shopping centers within the area. Property is located in a great location. Family expressed the beds were comfortable!

We had a great stay! It was my husband, me, and our 13-year-old daughter. The home was well appointed, clean, comfortable and convenient location with plenty restaurants and shopping nearby. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well-appointed and had all the things we needed for cooking. Host was wonderful and answered all my questions promptly. We would absolutely stay there again when visiting the area in the future. The back yard pool area was so nice to have during the 100 plus degree days we were there. Our daughter loved laying in the hammock, and we loved the covered porch for morning coffee and snacks to be out of the sun. The only recommendations or things that could make the stay better would be having a small cooler available to fill with ice to put in your car when you head out for the day, the sliding patio door is very difficult to slide, it just needs some WD40 or something, and more adult size pool floaties or noodles. Besides those things, which are not problems, would just help improve an already great place! Thank you Gina!
