The bathroom ventilation fan was not working. The location is great for a family with lots of things to do and restaurants to eat at close by. The landscaping was beautiful, and the pool was perfect for hot Arizona afternoons. My only thoughts after leaving are that there was dog poo in the middle of the turf, and several other spots from a previous stay of someone else that we had to dispose of. (We had no pets). We also did not have access to the water feature on the pool, which is fine because we didn't need it to have fun with the pool, however we never got a reply from the local property manager to ask about it or other questions. The yard was spectacular and the perfect place for us to lay in the sun and chill. The pool was great (however the waterfall feature randomly turned on at 8:30pm, and not during the day when we were actually using the pool and would have liked that on). Also, we understood why the pool hose and vacuum needed to stay in the pool, however it did take away from the enjoyment a bit. The house had everything, was cozy and comfortable. The beds were good, but the pillows could have been better.The location was convenient. We walked along the canal to Papago park. The drive to old town was about 10mins or less. The phoenix airport was also a short drive away. We would absolutely stay here again!!!! ##### Hailey Z. This is a great property. It is in a safe area yet still close to downtown Phoenix. The house was immaculate; even the outside furniture didn't have a speck of dust. Everything is upgraded or brand new or so clean you can't tell. The house was spacious and inviting. It had many comfortable seating areas inside and out. They also had quite a few extra touches that I haven't seen in any other vrbo, like a warm soft auto night light in the bathroom, a wine bar and decanter, large seperate area for the washer and dryer, warm inviting comfortable spaces outside, outside games, extra blankets, comfortable dog bed that our dog preferred over the one we brought, etc. Would definitely stay here again. ##### Theresa M.
