Only 1.7 miles from Kierland! The Space: This 4 Bed/3 Bath home is fully furnished and equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay: \- Tuft and Needle memory foam mattresses \- Fully Equipped kitchen \- Private heated pool \- 6 person hot tub \- BBQ Grill by pool \- Washer and Dryer \- 7 HD TVs (living room, 4 bedrooms, game room and pool area) \- HULU Streaming TV \- Blueray player with Netflix streaming in living room \- Free WIFI \- Fresh Linens \- Pool table \- Amazing Scottsdale Location, 1 mile west of the Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter! Bed Configuration: Master: 2 Queens Room 2: 1 King or 2 Twin XL Room 3: 1 King or 2 Twin XL Room 4: 1 King or 2 Twin XL Living Room: 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper (4.5" memory foam mattress) The master bedroom is setup with 2 queen beds. As for the other 3 bedrooms, each has two twin XL beds (80 in. long). We can also push them together, put a liner in the middle with king sheets, and make a true king size bed (78" x 80"). So we can have either 2 twins or 1 king in bedrooms 2, 3 and 4, whichever you prefer. PLEASE NOTE: There is an additional cost to heat the pool. Not heated = No additional cost Heat set to 85 degrees = $100/day To include this with your stay, we need to collect payment at least 48 hours prior to checkin. Heating must be for your entire stay, we cannot do certain days, or part of your stay. We can not turn the heat on after your stay has started. Actual pool temp will depend largely on your ability and willingness to keep the solar cover on when not in use. In order to keep the pool serviced and maintained properly year round our staff and our pool guy come by on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Pool servicing generally only takes a few minutes depending on the condition of the pool. Please do not be alarmed. It usually only takes a few minutes, and they will not be entering any part of the home. \*Additional maid service cleans are available for an additional cost during your stay. Please ask for details! Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home and backyard. The Neighborhood: The home is only a mile from plenty of amazing restaurants and shopping at the Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. Check them out! Getting Around: I also work closely with GolfTroop, a golf vacation company. They have awesome discounted rates at most of the area golf courses, as well as rental vehicles through Alamo, and even rental clubs. Just ask me for details, and I would be happy to have someone reach out! Airport Access \- Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport: \~25 minutes. \- Scottsdale Airport: \~7 minutes. This airport serves private flights and charters. On Site Parking Public Transit & Rideshare \- Rideshare (Waymo/Uber/Lyft) are plentiful and convenient in the area. \- Valley Metro and public transit operate across the Valley; however, North Scottsdale is not heavily served by the railway. Walking & Biking \- Local neighborhood streets are accessible and walkable. \- Retail and dining within 1 Mile. \- There are bike lanes and multi-use paths in parts of North Scottsdale and access to paved trails. Nearby Destinations \- Old Town Scottsdale: \~25 Min. \- TPC Scottsdale: \~10 Min. \- Kierland Commons/ Scottsdale Quarter: \~5 Min. \- Chase Field: \~30 Min. \- State Farm Stadium: \~40 Min. \- Phoenix Mountains Preserve: \~17 Min. Groceries & Essentials There are neighborhood grocery stores and markets within a few minutes of your home. \- Safeway: \~4 Min. \-Walgreens: \~4 Min. \- Fry's: \~4 Min. Other Things to Note: Welcome to the relaxing Retreat! This home is about a 5 minute drive from the Kierland Commons where you can find many shopping and restaurant options. You can find a variety of options here like Culinary Dropout serving delicious American food or The Mission Kierland serving tasty Latin American food. Local entertainment that can be found in the surrounding area include Bowlero North Scottsdale, Fort McDowell Casino, West World and more! If you’re looking for more outdoor activities there are many incredible hikes like Javelina trail and Quartz Trail. There is plenty to check out during your stay! There will be a house manual upon arrival that you will be expected to read. All important complex rules and expectations will be outlined in the manual. Renter understands that an insurance policy covers the Property but that this policy insures only the Property and the tangible personal property in it owned by the owner and does not insure any personal property of the Rental Party or Renter’s licensees, invitees, or guests. Renter is advised to seek traveler’s or renter’s insurance if Renter desires to insure the Rental Party’s or other persons’ personal property during the occupancy. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., and checkout at 11:00 a.m. Early check-ins and late check-outs are generally not possible due to the time it takes to clean an entire home. The only way to ensure an early arrival or late departure is to purchase an extra night. Please contact me 24 hours in advance if you would like to extend your stay, and I would be happy to see if that is an option. Failure to depart the premises before 11:00 a.m. on check-out without prior written consent will result in an additional charge of $100/hour withheld from your security deposit, plus any expenses incurred by needing to move your personal things out of the home, or from moving the incoming group of guests to a new property. Any stay 28 nights or longer will be required to provide a credit card to keep on file. Our personal terms and conditions will also be sent separately and will need to be submitted. Feel free to ask for a copy if interested. For any booking 28 nights or longer, any adjustment to the booking resulting in a reduction in the length of stay will incur a $500 fee, plus 10% of the difference in price. Electricity will be charged separately ONLY FOR STAYS 28 days or longer. There is a large monthly discount applied, so in an effort to keep your price as low as possible, we ask guests to pay for the electricity separately. Everything else will be included (wifi, cable TV, tax, cleaning every 2 weeks, pool/gym access, etc.) We estimate the average electricity bill to be $300/month. It's possible it may be a bit more in the summer with heavy A/C usage, and it will most likely be quite a bit lower in the winter. Once the reservation is confirmed, we will send a request to pay a $300 electricity deposit for the reservation. This will be applied to your final electric bill. Any difference will be refunded to you, and any additional amount will be withheld from your security deposit. Checkin details will not be sent without the $300 electricity deposit paid in advance. Payment can be made through Airbnb as a separate payment, or directly through me with a valid credit card. PLEASE NOTE: There is an additional cost to heat the pool.
