It is very clean, and we love the location. We come for a swim meet at ASU at this time every year and the location is perfect. It's less than 10 minutes from the pool, and near Tempe Marketplace which has anything and everything you could need. We have four of us - two adults and two kids and it's nice for each of them to have their own room (with room to spare in the bunk bed room).
