Revel in the state of luxury and ease here at Cibola Vista Resort and Spa nestled between Lake Pleasant and the Phoenix, providing the perfect vacation experience for you and your family. This spectacular One- Bedroom suite measuring approximately 530 square feet features 1 Queen Bed, 1 Sofa Bed in the living room including a full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry is in unit. Maximum of 4 occupants.  
  
Additional amenities include: Blender, Cable TV, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Fireplace, Hairdryer, Internet Access, Iron/Ironing Board, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator, Stove/Range and a Washer/Dryer.

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.  
  
The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Cash is not accepted. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.  
  
The check- in time is 4 p.m. ET, and check-out time is 10 a.m. ET. The nearest airport to Cibola Vista Resort and Spa is Sky Harbor International (PHX) which is 42 miles by car respectively. Please note by purchasing this listing you agree that there may be a chance for an 'Upgrade' to your unit for a larger unit that will fit the same amount of people, if this becomes available we will upgrade your room without question and free of charge.  
  
Hence, if you have any concerns, our office hours are open 24 hours to respond to your requests. For here at Cibola Vista Resort and Spa, we ensure that your stay is comfortable and well-served to your satisfaction.  
  
Construction:  
  
Cibola Vista will be undergoing interior renovations Summer 2021. Phase 3a (Buildings 9&11) will be from 06/13 through 08/01. Phase 1 (Buildings 1-4) will be from 07/11 through 09/16. Available inventory will be utilized until out of order per the takedown schedule. Trades will conduct work from 8a - 6p, 6 days per week, excluding Sundays. Resort management expects some minor inconveniences for Owners, including reduced parking around work areas, dust & debris, and minor noise issues.

Limited parking on site at no charge, one vehicle per unit and overflow lot for RV and trailer. RV and trailer not permitted to park in main parking area.

Absolutely beautiful, pictures do not do this place justice. It truly is an amazing spot, and we cannot wait to go back. Beautiful room, gorgeous pool with a huge water slide, tennis courts, weight room, super friendly staff... Check it out for yourself, you will not be disappointed!

#### Spring Training getaway

Nice property, quiet yet close to ballparks. Wifi was an issue it was down for 4 days. Front desk was not familiar with check in process and neglected to provide parking pass when initially checking in. He also didn’t provide resort information. We went back later in the evening because we noticed everyone had a pass and we didn’t. Received our pass and resort information from a different person and we were on our way. Overall a very nice property and would stay here again.
