Due to the lack of humidity in the area, if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees, it is possible that it can freeze up if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. The location is superb. You're right in the middle of everything good I had Walmart dispensaries smoke shops, grocery stores Starbucks you name it all within a mile or two.
