Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa Arizona LLC. Fireplace is not permitted for guest use. Please do not change the pool settings and keep umbrellas closed when not in use. The bunk bed weight limit is 220 lbs (no children under six on the top bunk). Off-street parking accommodates one driveway and one garage vehicle. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Our family of six adults and two young children enjoyed our stay. The large interior and exterior spaces were ideal for socializing and play, and the safety gate separating the patio and pool provided peace of mind for all of us. It was nice and spacious. Comms with management company were good. Notes: the gate to the back had a padlock on it and no one knew the combo until it was too late to set the trash out to the curb. Not a big deal, but if you ask the renters to move the trash to the curb, don’t lock the gate and not provide a combo! Beds are stiffer than some in our party likes, but I personally found them just fine. Biggest comment is for a house that advertises up to 10 people can stay, there were very few dishes to use. Pretty sure just 4 coffee cups, 6 plates. No sharp kitchen knives. Just not well appointed. Made due with a lot of dish washing. ##### Tod B.
