It's Tempe's oldest remaining neighborhood and stretches from University Drive south to Hudson Lane, and from Mill Avenue east to the railroad tracks just past Ash Avenue. Appreciated the mini plug in heater as it helped tremendously to warm up the bathroom before a shower! Since it’s an old block home, keeping it warm in the winter is a tad harder. Loved how easy the check in process was and the sweet welcome basket when we arrived. The convenience to Mill Ave was excellent! The house was a stone’s throw from the campus so we could explore the University as well as use it as a home base for exploring Phoenix area. Loved all the bathrooms so no one was waiting ever for a shower or toilet, did a little laundry and felt as though we were at home.
