It's Tempe's oldest remaining neighborhood and stretches from University Drive south to Hudson Lane, and from Mill Avenue east to the railroad tracks just past Ash Avenue. With 6 adults we would have liked a couple more comfortable seats in the living room. We pulled a few chairs from the kitchen table but those were not comfortable for long periods. Loved how easy the check in process was and the sweet welcome basket when we arrived. The convenience to Mill Ave was excellent! The house was a stone’s throw from the campus so we could explore the University as well as use it as a home base for exploring Phoenix area. We came home in the evenings to prepare food, eat dinner and watch tv together comfortably. The house has such a great feel and is impeccably updated for today’s needs. Loved all the bathrooms so no one was waiting ever for a shower or toilet, did a little laundry and felt as though we were at home. If our child goes to ASU, we know where we will be staying on our visits. Oh, and great communication throughout our stay with management. Thank you! ##### Jean S.
