Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.  
  
➤ Guests will have access to the entire unit please make yourself at home. Kindly note that the garage and the decorative firepit in the corner of the backyard are not available for guest use.  
  
➤ Availability of 2-car driveway and free street parking  
  
➤ Please be informed that the projector in the living room is not available for guest use.

Nestled in a quiet, residential pocket of South Scottsdale, this home offers the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. You'll be just minutes from top attractions like the Phoenix Zoo, Desert Botanical Garden, and Papago Park’s scenic trails and iconic buttes. Old Town Scottsdale is a short drive away, offering vibrant dining, shopping, and nightlife. Enjoy easy access to the 101 and 202 freeways, and reach Sky Harbor Airport in about 15 minutes. The area is family-friendly and walkable, with nearby parks, golf courses, and local coffee spots.  
  
➜ Car Recommended: While many attractions are nearby, having a car is the easiest way to explore Scottsdale and the Phoenix metro area.  
  
➜ Free Parking: Enjoy complimentary parking with a 2-car driveway and street parking available.  
  
➜ Rideshare Friendly: Uber and Lyft are readily available and typically arrive within minutes.  
  
➜ Bike Rentals: Scottsdale has a great network of bike paths, and nearby bike-share services make it easy to explore locally.  
  
➜ Public Transit: Valley Metro bus routes run throughout the area, connecting you to downtown Scottsdale and beyond.  
  
➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 70 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.  
  
➤ Please keep in mind that the guests don’t have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and I’m not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit.  
Please take a moment to go over my booking policies and confirm your understanding. Be sure to send a message indicating you have read and agree to the rules.  
  
1\. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.  
  
2\. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odor removal)  
  
3\. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.  
  
4\. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed.  
  
5\. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so I can effectively prepare for the next guests.  
  
6\. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $25 charge per each additional half-hour stay.  
  
7\. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.  
  
8\. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved.  
  
9\. Any extension requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled checkout time will incur a $50 fee.
