This home is in a nice suburban masterplanned community with beautiful meandering walking paths and green belts and parks, as well as a community pool. The home itself is two levels with the living space downstairs and bedrooms up. It is situated with a shared driveway with its neighbors with a sidewalk leading to the front of the houses rather than a street. This positioning makes it very safe for children.
