Centrally located near old town, 2 bed 1.5 bath condo conveniently located within one mile to Fashion Square Mall, Old Town, and the Arts District. Condo is fee standing and feels as if you are in a private home tucked away with no one attached or on top of unit. The Master Bedroom features a king sized bed, half bath, generous closets, mounted Flatscreen TV, and doors to a furnished private ground level patio. The 2nd Bedroom features 2 queen sized beds, and ample closet space. The full bath has just been renovated, and features a custom tiled stall shower, glass doors, handheld shower, and vanity with lighting. The open floor plan eat in kitchen flows seamlessly into the living space with oversized couch, loveseat and chair, perfect for relaxing or watching the flat screen TV. From the kitchen, there are doors to the front patio with small table and chairs outside, seating area, and barbeque overlooking the grass courtyard and pool. There is assigned parking for one vehicle as well as street parking in the cul-de-sac directly outside of the unit's front door for ultimate convenience. This thoughtfully designed charming unit is move in ready.
