A great base for our stay in the Phoenix area. Communication with the host was outstanding. The beds were fairly comfy although there is a dip in bed of the spare room. The unit was clean and updated with a well appointed kitchen. The only negative was the couch was very uncomfortable so sitting and visiting wasn't as cozy as it could have been. A very minor thing. Everything else was as perfect as could be! We had an issue upon arrival with the key code but as soon as I sent a message I received a phone call. Upon entering, there was a musty odor which we determined to be the washing machine. The A/C worked great. The beds were very comfortable. The living and dining room furniture wasn’t very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the patio. It was quiet and relaxing. The pool area was clean and very enjoyable. I would definitely stay there again if in the Tempe area. ##### AMY P. Convenient to asu if you have a car. Only difficulty was a slight confusion or delay about how to get into the property in arrival so i was glad we hadn't planned to arrive late at night.
