We went for a concert at the talking stick amph. And we where able to walk to it, perfect stay and convenient, also fast food at walking distance too

The hotel is situated near the freeway and there are many dining options available nearby. There were sketchy characters about, but we never felt unsafe. The staff was very cordial and helpful and we spent two quiet nights comfortably in the hotel. Oh, and the little Mexican food restaurant next door is worth trying.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and informative! The shuttle driver even grabbed us water bottles on the way to the venue.

Very out dated, rotted doors, old smell, makes you wonder if they actually clean or not. Would not recommend for family.

We stayed in a suite. It was very roomy with two full bedrooms with baths. It had a full kitchen with dining room and the living room had two sofas. Lots of room. A little outdated. We were there for a concert at the Pavilion. So it was very close by.

Not quite what I expected
When I arrived, I was given a room that reeked of smoke. I had to walk up to the desk because the phone in that room did not work. I was told there were no other rooms and was given a can of room freshener. It was 11pm and I did not have another option so in the morning around 8am, I went to the front desk and interestingly they had a room. The room I was in was at the back of the property where people smoked. The new room was fine and they gave me 50% off the first night. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and this hotel is so close to the venue for the show I went to. I am on the fence if I would go again.

Nice location for Talking Stick Amphitheatre
Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel is in nice condition and close to the venue we were going to (Talking Stick Amphitheatre). Easy in and out. Wallking distance if it's not too hot. Only complaint was our room was close to the ice machine which was kind of loud. Otherwise, would stay here again.

Very close to the venue for the concert we were attending. Shopping and dining options nearby are plentiful. The beds are cozy and we were thrilled to have a fridge and microwave.

Our room had a faint odor I can only described as a dirty person, Like if some one with bad hygiene had stayed for a period of time before us, The swimming pool looked terrible and is not maintained at all, Staff was friendly surrounding area looks a little rough

Very nice hotel and staff
The trip was a fun experience and was made more enjoyable with the easy/fast check-in which was handled by a friendly staff person. She explained when and where our breakfast will be the next morning and asked if we were there for a concert. We were so she informed us if we were walking to the venue and if so they offered a free shuttle there but we would have to walk back after the concert. It was a great unexpected bonus to our stay. The room was big and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and checkout a breeze.
