The room was dirty and not stocked
I normally don't like to complain about customer service issues, but this was beyond poor. We stayed for a total of 4 nights and every day was a different issue. Upon arrival the room was dirty and not stocked with basics such as towels and toilet paper. I immediately called down to request they be brought up and they assured me they would. We never saw them until the next day. The following day we got back to the hotel exhausted and ready to go to bed around 10:30 pm, only to discover they hadn't even serviced the room - even though we'd requested it. There were no clean towels, and the beds hadn't been remade. I know this sounds like "first world problems" but when you pay for a service and you don't get it, it's frustrating. I immediately called down to the front desk and the lady there just said they were too busy and hadn't gotten to everyone. At that point, she didn't have anyone to send up to help us out.
The breakfast was another disappointment. I eat a clean diet - but was happy to see that they offered fresh fruit. Upon inspection, however - I realized there were only 2 over ripe, brown bananas and an orange - which was moldy in the middle. I asked if they had any more fruit in their kitchen and they said that was all they had. This was at 7 am - before the breakfast rush.
We expressed our frustration to the manager and she informed us that there was nothing she could do. I would never stay here again, as it's poorly managed and downright dirty.
