Lousy hotel that is in poor condition

Pros: Nothing. We stayed there a couple of years ago and things were in much better condition then.
Cons: Hotel maintenance
Location: Location is near shopping and restaurants
Broken doors, did not get any sleep due to loud and obnoxious guests in the room above us. Partying and foot stomping went on all night. Bathroom was disorderly, the coffee maker had an used coffee packet in it. The staff was okay but not attentive.

Convenient to me for where I was visiting. Not many restaurants nearby. Most important to me was it was clean and comfortable

Pros: The breakfast and evening light meal were pleasant.
This hotel,is conveniently situated a few minutes from the Mesa Gateway airport.They offer a free shuttle service. Shops and restaurants are nearby but you really need a car to acces them .

Quaint hotel.

Excellent room. Checked in early. Was offered a voucher for dinner, but we had other plans. AC was loud. Airplanes in the morning were louder. Farm smell outside but it is far out in Gilbert Mesa area. Breakfast was good but could be just bit better. Checkout was awesome.

Wonderful service

Absolutely everyone was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and breakfast and the light supper provided was more than we could have asked for. We'll be staying there again when we return to Mesa.

Nice hotel

It is a nice hotel for leaving your car when using the Mesa Gateway Airport. The staff was friendly. Enjoyed the happy hour and the breakfast. Glad they have a 24 hour shuttle to the airport. I enjoyed my stay.

The room was dirty and not stocked

Cons: The staff, and the cleanliness
I normally don't like to complain about customer service issues, but this was beyond poor. We stayed for a total of 4 nights and every day was a different issue. Upon arrival the room was dirty and not stocked with basics such as towels and toilet paper. I immediately called down to request they be brought up and they assured me they would. We never saw them until the next day. The following day we got back to the hotel exhausted and ready to go to bed around 10:30 pm, only to discover they hadn't even serviced the room - even though we'd requested it. There were no clean towels, and the beds hadn't been remade. I know this sounds like "first world problems" but when you pay for a service and you don't get it, it's frustrating. I immediately called down to the front desk and the lady there just said they were too busy and hadn't gotten to everyone. At that point, she didn't have anyone to send up to help us out. The breakfast was another disappointment. I eat a clean diet - but was happy to see that they offered fresh fruit. Upon inspection, however - I realized there were only 2 over ripe, brown bananas and an orange - which was moldy in the middle. I asked if they had any more fruit in their kitchen and they said that was all they had. This was at 7 am - before the breakfast rush. We expressed our frustration to the manager and she informed us that there was nothing she could do. I would never stay here again, as it's poorly managed and downright dirty.

Farm animal smell.

This was a decent hotel, the staff and rooms were great, but the smell of farm animals is pretty bad. Also, the bar is non-existent basically and it's closed by 9 pm.
