It has a pleasant backyard and is a good spot for a few days. The location is good for all the fun restaurants and while not on a gated community, it still seemed safe and secure. We cooked a lot of meals and the kitchen had all the necessities. It was very spacious, extremely clean, had everything we needed, the pool was very nice very well temperature, and very clean every day! Beds were super comfortable, the pictures on here do not do justice of how beautiful this home is. Not to mention the neighborhood is very quiet and very friendly. This is the second time we've stayed here, and for good reason. The house is beautifully decorated and well appointed. It felt like home! A private back yard with a pool was a lovely addition. This property is in a good location to the E. Camelback area. Great restaurants, shopping and pretty much anything you need in the area. ##### Donna M. Plenty of room, especially being able to use the outside too. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Huge TV which we didn't really have time to watch that much. The best part was the pool which we used a lot with the kids. So glad we paid extra for heating the pool because it was a bit cold outside and the pool was a perfect temperature. We absolutely loved the house as well as its location. The layout of this home is particularly well suited to a vacationing family. No stairs, bedrooms are separate and feel like you have private space, but plenty of room in the common areas. One of the boys had to work remotely a couple of days and the den area served him well. The kitchen is well stocked with anything a person would want for cooking and grilling. We ate most family meals in so that was a bonus. I also appreciated the ability to wash our clothing as well as iron our outfits. Plenty of soap was available for that. I loved the backyard as it was lushly landscaped and private.We highly recommend eating at Steak 44 during your stay. This location was centrally located in a clean and pretty neighborhood. The house was spacious, clean, with high ceilings, a very large kitchen space for gathering, and every amenity that we needed. The large living room tv was fun for watching Sunday football! The host was easy to communicate with, and house instructions were easy to follow. Overall the house was very roomy - lots of elbow room. The living area was great, and the 85" TV was great for the Super Bowl. Nicely furnished, and the bedroooms and beds vere exceptional. Kitchen was complete with everything needed for cooking.Huge grill worked very well, as well as the pool. The pool was very clean, and heating the pool worked very fast. The fountains were also a nice touch ! Plenty of patio and poolside furniture.Overall the house was very clean, and the security features were a nice addition although the neighborhood was very quiet and safe.The pool and backyard area was very private.We were totally pleased with the home and would definitely stay there again ! ##### Robert S.
