### Beautiful 1 bedroom loft in the heart of downtown

\-Please note: 30 day minimum booking due to HOA rules,but you can checkout early if you’d like. Thank you!- This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. We have a lovely 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of Phoenix. Come stay with us and enjoy all that downtown Phoenix has to offer! Our apartment is well-maintained and comfortable and is just a short walk to all of the sights and shopping/dining. Come stay with us and enjoy your stay in Phoenix!  
The space  
We offer a great downtown Phoenix 1 bedroom apartment on the 9th floor of a historic Art Deco 1930s high-rise building . The location offers easy access to all areas of the city, as well as plenty of shopping and dining options. Only 20min from the AZ cardinals State Farm Stadium. The apartment is well- equipped with a fully-furnished kitchen, Washer and Dryer, and a comfortable living space with beautiful city views. The building is safe and secure with a very friendly guard on duty from 7am-1am. Downstairs there is a community center with a conference room, pool tables, large screen smart tv with cable/Roku and kitchen for  
parties plus gym/heated pool/sauna/steam room/spa. The 2nd floor offers an open air courtyard complete with grills and seating to enjoy and lounge. 1 covered garage parking space included and meter street parking available 8am-10pm, free after 10pm. We hope you will consider our apartment when searching for a place to stay in Phoenix.  
Other things to note  
Key Fob will be designated to you. This fob will be used for access into the building and all areas inside. You are responsible if fob is lost($80 replacement fee) Your are responsible for cleaning after yourself during your stay. Please make sure the place is left clean after your stay. Thank you!...
