Both TVs in the rooms are smart TVs, but do not have remotes for them, only for the cable. Volume and cable channels only. Staff has one master remote for the whole hospital for the smart features. Can't use smart TV features. Pool had zero extra towels, and staff fought us to get any extra towels. Both me and my partner were incredibly itchy the whole time we were there, we only stayed for two nights.

People at the bar were over served. The pool area was not kept clean. Food in the elevators. The outdoor activities were broken and unusable.

First time in an Aidan hotel. All good. The only critique was breafast. No variety and the staff had to be told food was running out. Then up to 20 minutes to cook. Staff needs to continually scan the food and anticipate. Same with coffee. Many guest irritated with this way of running breakfast. Fix this and you will have a perfect hotel

Better than expected. This was a less expensive option and we decided to give a chance, we were not disappointed. They do charge for breakfast buffet but the free coffee in the lobby was excellent.

Cute and affordable property with the basic amenities you’d need for a quick stay. Nice sized rooms but you could hear any little noise from the hallway and above you, from doors closing to footsteps. Pool and jacuzzi available that need to be a little cleaner. Bar with food options and friendly bartender. Friendly front desk and cleaning staff.

The location was convenient and centrally located. I liked the renovated room however the shower area had mold in the grout that needed to be replaced. Otherwise a decent room. They never came to clean and we stayed 3 nights. Not even to remove garbage. The pool area was nice however the pool was overrun by children and teens without parents. The staff should ensure that an adult is present for children. There were kids jumping from the waterfalls into the pool and I had to raise my voice and have them stop. Overall, a good hotel for the price but if they cleaned better and policed the pool a bit it could rate much better. Lastly, not really a diamond snob but not even a free water or snack on check in, or even an acknowledgement.

We enjoyed our stay, but the room was a lot smaller than we anticipated even though it was advertised as a suite. Also, the pool was not heated as advertised. There were some fun activities onsite for the kids such as jumbo Jenna blocks and connect four as well as cornhole.
