We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, grill and fire pit. The owner and her son were great. We had an issue with cable and they got cable company out the very next day to replace the cable box. I appreciate they took care of it immediately and were always very helpful and pleasant. We would definitely stay there again and are considering a repeat next year if not sooner. The house was just as pictured, no surprises. The location was fine for all the things we wanted to do. It was a beautiful area for taking walks and the fact that it was a security area there was a very small amount of traffic. We found the house well outfitted, and the kitchen was a joy to cook in. Located in the hills very close to Troon North, this property was very relaxing, with fantastic views of the mountains. The back yard was like staying at a resort, with a great pool and jacuzzi. The gourmet kitchen was well stocked with cookware, glassware, dishes, etc. We each got own bedroom and bathroom, all of which were nicely decorated. We all agree that we'll be back again next year. Shows putting green and a very nice one - but it's regular grass and you can't putt, even though it's highlighted in the photos, big bummer with my golf group of friends. Pool table also unusable. It is warped and weathered and there is one cue stick with no tip - so useless. The pool is very nice though and has plenty of seating. House is needs a deep cleaning - carpets are worn and the sliding door to the outside patio was very hard to open and close. The owner stages the house and all the tables with full sets of dinnerware and cloth napkins that look so nice - but there is a sign on all of them saying DO NOT USE, which is so odd - we had to remove full settings to use any of the tables. The kitchen has nice appliances but is not well stocked with much else. Great outdoor grill though. Because of these items we thought it was very overpriced. Had it lived up to its advertisement this review would have been much different. ##### Tim K. Carmen was very responsive to any inquiries we had and it was an ideal choice for a family vacation (all adults). The location is great and there's some wonderful hiking trails within an easy walk (or drive) of the property. The pool and hot tub provided welcome relief after long hikes.
