The community has Community pool and garden;  
  
Please kindly read the House rules:  
“NO Smoking” inside the house;  
“NO party” inside/outside the house;  
“NO alcohol or Drugs” inside/outside the property;  
“No Pet/Animal” inside/outside the property;  
“No Loud music” inside/outside the property.  
We are interested with people that treat our house like their own.  
Parking only inside the garage (two cars) and/or on the driveway (two cars). NO street parking: Maximum of 4 cars only;
