The perfect 3 Bedroom/3 Bathroom getaway for any time of the year. Located in a private gated entrance, this spacious home is tucked into a quiet and manicured neighborhood. Enjoy the beautiful desert landscape in your private backyard oasis! While soaking up the sun, lounge by the Pool and Jacuzzi. For our chilly desert nights, heated Pool and Jacuzzi is available as you won’t want to miss Arizona’s colorful one-of-a-kind sunsets. This property lies along the golf course which is a unique quality that sets this property apart from other rentals. This home has a gas grill for those nights you'd rather not make a mess in the fully equipped kitchen, and you can dine in the open air at the patio dining table. This home is great for entertaining guest of any size with numerous options on family rooms and dining rooms. 2 Large Master Suites! Both with its own private entrance to the backyard. One having its own walk-in closet, large bathroom with separate shower, jetted soaking tub, and second private door to open a secluded patio. \-THE LOCATION- Explore this historic area and its delightful spots to eat and drink, local shops, art galleries, museums, and more! The rich culture and history of this town are at your fingertips! If you're in town for spring training, football, or attempting your next hole-in-one on Scottsdale's world-famous golf courses. This home has quick access to the 101 and 51 freeway. Countless places for hiking, trail running, and mountain biking, you won’t run out of adventures in the great outdoors during your stay! There is an additional $75 a day to heat the pool and $35 a night to heat the spa. Scheduled heating times for the pool are 9am-4pm then the spa 5pm-10pm. The pool essentially stays warm throughout the day and evening. Cools down a little at night but heats right back up for the day. We can't run both at the same time but spa would be pool temp during the day. Pool light is scheduled to turn off at 10pm. If any scheduled times need to be adjusted, please send request before booking. Please note that parties are not allowed in this home. If you throw a party, have more people in the home than scheduled, or receive noise complaints between 9pm and 9am, you will be required to leave immediately, with no refunds. Please be respectful of the neighbors and surrounding families. We are excited to host you and wish you the best time! The two master suites were exactly as described and our family of 5 adults definitely enjoyed having their own space. The kitchen was fully stocked and all of the rooms were very comfortable. It is close to supermarkets, stores and restaurants. The property manager, Teresa, is wonderful to work with and is always very responsive and helpful. Chose this property for location and outdoor pool and hot tub. Great outside/issues inside: The property is in a great location & on a golf course. The outdoor space & amenities are very nice & well appointed. Indoors, the house had a strong odor of mothballs emanating from a storage area. The smell permeated the entire house & lingered in our clothing. Screens on doors all ripped so difficult to air out the house. We notified management immediately upon arrival, but the issue was not dealt with during our stay. The property manager was very responsive on all requests, but the owners did not make any gesture to compensate for the issue. The indoors is in need of work/upkeep. Fortunately, the weather was ideal & we spent the majority of our time outdoors. I rely on reviews before renting on VRBO. I would not recommend this home unless the indoor area is free of any smell or mustiness. ##### Madeline H. This house was in the best location if you like hiking, shopping, and bumming around. it was perfect for this. The master suite bed was sooo comfortable! The large space was great for a family with teens. Very spacious. the layout of the house is great. There were also fruit trees so it was fun to squeeze fresh lemon in to water every day. My only negative feedback was the house smells like mothballs too much. I bought spray, but our clothes still smelled when we came home. The smell took away from the house. I wish we could have opened the windows to air it out. We also paid extra to heat the hot tub, but it was tepid at best. The pool was always warmer. Can’t say a bad thing about it other then for the price of the house the heaters for pool and spa should be able to be on all day. I was their for work and would have loved to have more pool and spa time. But because of limited heater time I only enjoyed for maybe 30 minutes my whole trip. For the price being charged I definitely think this should be upgraded. Other then that it’s a great home. ##### Edward C. The house was than the pictures and we loved every minute of it. The house is significantly larger than the picture portray. and the layout is. We went the first weekend in November and the weather was amazing. We spent the evening outside enjoying the pool and spa and grilling awesome dinners. Teresa the owner was great to deal with and answered all of my, many many, questions quickly. I highly recommend the Concierge service. Christina helped us book all of out golf, a private chef for a 50th birthday dinner and the pre arrival shopping was exactly what we needed. We arrived to a fully stocked house were ready to relax. I can not thank Teresa and Christina enough. You made our trip amazing. I will definitely be renting house again and referring friends. ##### Steve T.
