You'll never want to leave! Every detail was uniquely and thoughtfully designed. Wake up & sip coffee in the courtyard, or enjoy wine by the gas fire pit under the string lights.  
  
Best location in the Valley! Walking distance to the Cubs Spring Training field and Riverview Park. A short bike ride to Tempe Marketplace and minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, Mill Avenue, & Tempe Town Lake.  
  
Hosts are both AZ natives & we include lots of recommendations & exclusive discounts.  
  
This modern “Insta worthy” townhome is more than what it appears…in a secluded area of the complex, you will experience a quiet and quaint vibe with memory foam mattresses, a kitchen with every tool you need to cook an elaborate meal, new furniture, and a neighborhood fully of shaded grass areas and a community pool.  
  
The townhome is 2 stories and pretty secluded from the rest of the complex. There is only one attached wall with a neighbor (the back of their kitchen and bathroom) which attaches to under our stairs.  
  
o Primary Bedroom: 1 King size bed, two closets, a dresser, and a view into the outdoor courtyard.  
  
o 2nd Bedroom (the bunk room): Triple bunk bed with 3 twin mattresses, each equipped with their own reading light and power strip.  
  
Game Room: A part of the bunk room is the game/play area. Equipped with a pull out couch for one, TV with a Fire Stick and DVD player, a 3-way billiards table with foosball, hockey, and mini pool, games and books. Extra linens and pillows are provided for pull out couch.  
  
Each bedroom is provided with floor mirrors, hangers, laundry baskets, and luggage racks for your convenience.  
  
Home includes:

o Coffee Machine for K-Cups and regular coffee grounds

Access to the community pool and jacuzzi is included in your stay, as well as pool towels, pool floaties and toys for your use.  
  
The complex grounds has multiple grassy areas, dog stations, picnic tables and BBQ's to use.  
  
We adhere to extremely high cleanliness standards, including a deep cleaning every month.  
  
One covered parking spot is assigned to the unit, and there are plentiful uncovered spots available as well.  
  
$50 pet fee will be requested per stay to be paid before front door code is given. Late check out is by request AT LEAST 48 hours in advance, and a $100 fee applies.  
  
We have one Ring doorbell security camera on the premises which is located outside of the house at the front door for security purposes.  
  
For discounted weekly/monthly stays, supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc) will be provided for at least one week. Renters are responsible for additional supplies. 10% weekly and 30% monthly discounts are reflected in the pricing.

#### Beautiful Oasis!

We LOVED every moment at this darling townhome. Light and bright and clean and cheery. The garden/patio is so special - a tiny bit of Eden. The unit is tucked away so it feels private but just a short walk to the pool and parking lot. Sadly I broke my ankle on this vacation (!) but I was so thankful to be able to rest and recuperate at this townhouse. There is bougainvillea and sunshine through the windows and the wood laminate floors made it easy to get around. The people In the townhouses near us we’re all so kind and friendly. It has a great vibe Nohealani and Dan responded quickly to all communication and questions. Great hosts. Plenty of linens and towels which was a nice touch. I love a hot bath and the water is nice and hot! Location is perfect. Close to major freeway. Very close to a lovely shopping area and a river walk and of course the Ball park. Kitchen is nicely appointed with all you need. Plenty of drawer and closet space for us and we stayed a whole month. This experience actually made us want to buy a townhouse at this complex as a second home one day. Thank you for a great experience.
