When we walked into the place it STUNK. To the point where that alone made us want to leave. But then we noticed broken cabinets and dirtiness. I tried to lower the thermostat because it was super hot in the place and it wouldn’t go below 80 degrees. We tried to contact the owner and never got a response. It was very quiet and we had an assigned parking spot! The kitchen was packed with cooking essentials, there was a patio to sit on during the cool mornings, and there was a TV in the master bedroom for late night movies. Highly recommend! ##### Ariel R.
