Other Things to Note: Important things to know before booking to ensure a pleasant stay! STATE LAW STRICTLY PROHIBITS PARTIES/EVENTS at the property. This is a residential area with quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am to be respectful of our neighbors. The home is outfitted with a Minut device that measures volume decibels (does not record) and notifies us when noise levels exceed a set limit. Violating noise ordinances is an initial $2000 fine. IMPORTANT This property requires TRUVI guest verification. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until TRUVI is completed within 3 hours of booking. No access will be granted without completion. Host was very responsive and easy to talk to. The pink kitchen appliances were even cuter in person! We had everything we needed for a nice staycation and we even extended our stay by 2 days. ##### Alex G. I wanted to be closer because I live nearly an hour away. This place was perfect and very well thought out. The attention to detail was great, and we loved the decor. The bed was super comfortable, and the sheets were so soft. I had a great night’s sleep and ended up winning my competition. The only thing is the yard isn’t enclosed. We had our mini dachshund with us, and we had to take him out on a leash to potty. Not a big deal at all, but something we didn’t expect from the pictures or the description. There’s also no access to the backyard from inside the house other than using the front door and walking around to the back. But again, not a big deal. I would highly recommend this place if you need something in this area. I would book again if needed. ##### Ashly L. My daughter, her husband, and I felt comfortable, at home, and very much enjoyed the vibes of the house. The host was quick to respond to any of my questions.
