This large home has a fabulous outdoor crystal clear blue pool and great outdoor space for gathering, grilling, and enjoying the warm AZ weather. Please visit https://www.generalitravelinsurance.com/customer/coronavirus\*\*\* This unit is a very spacious 4 bedroom / 3 bath home in East Mesa - all on 1 level and no stairs! 2 separate king bedrooms, a double queen bedroom and an additional 1 queen bedroom (5 beds total). The guest King bedroom shares a jack-and-jill bathroom with the bedroom with 2 queen beds. The kitchen is very open with dining table and family room - great for entertaining! The indoor ping-pong table is in a space of its own with recliners. There is a den with TV that can be used to watch a movie - from the movie collection provided, play a board game, play video games, or sit and read a book. It is truly great for families and couples in a safe and quiet neighborhood looking to escape to a warmer climate and experience what the desert has to offer. It has a nice sized backyard and patio with a large pergola and plenty of outdoor seating and propane heaters. Great space for BBQ's and relaxing. The home has lots of natural light and is VERY spacious and comfortable. There is laundry inside - washer/dryer are included. The unit is well equipped with all the essentials; linens, bath towels, pool towels, pillows, kitchen dishes and utensils, coffee maker, toaster, ironing board/iron, microwave, dishwasher, double oven, refrigerator. Satellite and WI-FI internet provided. The kitchen is also very well stocked with plenty of pots/pans, tupperware, crock pot, blender, rice cooker, cooking utensils and supplies. Garage has space to park 2 vehicles and the Large driveway provides for additional parking. This home is located near the Superstition Mountains, Close to hiking and trails, golf, lakes, parks, shopping, freeways, grocery stores, and restaurants. There is a half size basketball court just around the corner in the neighborhood (basketball provided in home). It is about 35 minutes from Sky harbor Airport and about 15 minutes from Gateway Airport. It was a good space and worked great. The ping pong table was a hit. A few things made a less than ideal stay. We got in late and woke up to make coffee. There was a coffee pot and coffee filters but no coffee maker. On the second to last day we were due to roll off toilet paper. I reached out thru vrbo in the morning and was told someone would drop off toilet paper. We went to bed at 830pm and still no toilet paper. Luckily the friends we visited spared a couple rolls. Also mentioned the coffee maker and was told they didn’t realize one wasn’t there. One of the smoke alarms was hanging. In another room you could see a spot that was supposed to have one but didn’t. We found a BB gun which looked like a riddle in the master bedroom closet. There were 2 dryers in the laundry room with only one working. It would make more sense to move it out or put a sign on it. The garbage can on the side of the house was full. We took my son and a few teammates with us to a tournament at the bell bank park. It was close by. The house was clean and very spacious. We had everything we needed. The boys would have liked the pool heated, but we understand not heating it in December. They loved the ping pong table. It was all very nice. Nice safe neighborhood. ##### Anisa S. My daughter and I came to Mesa for a basketball tournament and stayed in the home with a few of her teammates. We could not have asked for a better experience with the property. It was super clean and exactly as described. It was too cold to swim so we didn't use the pool but we still enjoyed sitting in the beautiful backyard. The beds were great, all the TV's worked, the ping pong table was a hit and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was also in a very nice, safe neighborhood.
