Begin your mornings on the east-facing patio, where the soft sunrise light, landscaped grassy area, and mountain backdrop create an ideal setting for coffee or breakfast at the outdoor table with six cushioned chairs. From the moment I checked in the house it’s obvious they were not prepared. The wrong door code to get in set the alarm off at 1130 pm waking the neighbors. Pool heat didn’t work correctly for most of our stay. After calling and speaking to the manager several times, no action was taken until approximately our last 5 days of our stay. Also reported an animal in the attic 3 days in a row with no one coming out to check it out. Then the last 2 days the manager wouldn’t return calls. Casago management offered approximately $450 refund from our several thousand dollar trip. What a joke. I’ve never had any issues with any vrbo rentals but this time I learned a valuable lesson. We were never informed how to use the gas grill, fire pit, hot tub or outdoor lights until the 3rd day of our stay. Once informed that a remote was required to use many of these features we attempted to use the remote, it did not work. When the pool maintenance man checked it, he said the remote probably needed to be replaced, it never was. After the 3rd frustrating day of phone calls and text messages Management offered a refund. We're grateful for the refund but it was very stressful dealing with these issues. ##### Deborah K. The landscape was so pretty. My niece and her boyfriend loved the hiking trails that were right behind the house, pool was great, we spent a lot of time there. Good location, many stores around close. The only issues we had were the ice maker quit working on our first full day, called the management company and they were to send a work order to the maintenance people. No one ever came or called back, I tried again on Thursday of that week and left a message for the emergency line because the jets in the hot tub stopped working also, again No one called back or came to fix these issues. Overall, I would stay in this house again. We had a great time. Thanks to the owner for sharing his home. ##### Theresa H. Signature Vacation Rentals had most everything ready for us and patiently answered all of our questions. The few issues that needed immediate attention were handled promptly and professionally. The home was stocked with towels, linens, and plenty of kitchen necessities. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and in excellent condition. Easy access to Thunderbird Mountain hiking was a huge bonus for us. Our 2 year old grandson spent time with us and we were so pleased with the safety features of the house and pool area.
