Comfort Stay! Highly Recommended

We had a large group in need of numerous homes and were able to book last minute with no issues. Everything was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Jason was amazing to work with and offered many ideas for restaurants, activities and shopping! The kids did not want to leave! We had not seen recent reviews on the properties but had learned that many of their bookings had come through insurance companies (when a person's home catches fire or floods). Since the insurance companies book directly, VRBO reviews cannot be posted. We will definitely be back!!i

Great house in convenient location

Great location right off of the 60. Very centrally located and easy to find. 20 minutes to the airport and downtown phx. 20 mins to the superstition mountains. House is lovely with a great pool and hot tub. Multiple playgrounds with in walking distance. Perfect place for a family get away.

Convenience and comfort

My family truly enjoyed this beautiful home that is extremely convenient to the East Mesa area. We loved the pool and the stylish, comfortable interior. Had an issue with the hot tub but the property manager was very responsive and immediately had someone out to fix it. They were also extremely accommodating in adjusting our checkout time when we had a family emergency late in the night before our departure, which was greatly appreciated. We will treasure memories of our time there for years to come!

Overall good property, minor issues

The location was excellent. Check in process was smooth. Little disappointed in the cleanliness. The pots and pans were dirty. The frying pan and spatulas still had egg on them. This is likely from the renters before us, but all utensils should be checked by housekeeping. Hot tub was pretty dirty. There was also garbage under the table in the living room. Overall the property was good. I filled the dishwasher when we got there to clean most of the dishes and I had to clean the hot tub, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

We very much enjoyed the property, the housekeeper did a good job, but the vacuum didn’t work. The carpets need vacuumed but I am sure she did vacuum but the vacuum doesn’t work. We tried to use it, because the rug needed vacuumed. But we very much enjoyed our selves anyway. Thank you.

Great location, easy access from the I-60. Centrally located to shopping, restaurants and entertainment options. HUGE TV's in every room with great internet! Kitchen is spacious, well equipped and has everything included. Both the Property Manager and the Owner were very accommodating to meet all of our needs. Great experience for our getaway

We were not familiar with the area and were pleasantly surprised. We ended up renting like 6 other homes through Jason as we were part of a very large group. The mountains, golf courses and hiking trails were all breath taking!! The pictures do not do the area nor the home justice. All the TV's have access to games, netflix, hulu, etc and they are in every room. The pool and hot tub were both relaxing and refreshing (very clean as well). I could not get my kids to leave their rooms (in this case that was a good thing...as that meant quality relax time for us). The salt river was a ton of fun (very relaxing as well). We were also able to enjoy a ride in a world war II B17 bomber (airplane) at the Arizona Commemorative Air Force Museum (they give rides in other vintage airplanes as well). My husband and I loved the vintage pinball arcade just down the road...it was fun showing the kids the games we played growing up! All shopping, movie theaters, malls, bowling, etc were within 1-2 miles at most! Jason was very receptive to all requests and provided an unending stream of recommendations on restaurants/things to do in the area. We are definitely coming back. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Awesome stay

This place was amazing!! All was better than expected and was totally worth the money. Do not be fooled by lower priced options in the area as they are nothing like the pictures and will ruin your vacation comfort. Jason was very accommodating to our large group and was able to help us rent multiple homes in the area aligning to our needs and dates. I highly recommend this home!

Excellent Host

This place was gorgeous!! We were able to rent this home and 5 others nearby to accommodate our large group. Everything was brand new and state of the art! Jason was very accommodating and receptive to our needs. The area was beautiful surrounded by 5 star golf courses and the Infamous Superstition Mountains (we did not find any gold however)! The kids loved all the hiking trails as well as the lakes. The Lost Dutchman Superstition Mountain Ghost Town was straight out of the movies (and free to see the shows and tour the buildings). We loved the home made fudge and ice cream as well as the old fashioned steak house. We stopped by Saguaro lake and did the river cruise as well (gorgeous landscapes with wildlife all around). The host of the cruise provided a great history of the area and was very entertaining. Our family was so sad to leave =(
