The fridge didn’t work very well and we had to ask management how to turn it on. When we pulled out the fridge to try and plug it in, it was obvious that the room hadn’t been cleaned properly for some time. No soap, had to use shampoo instead. It had neither. As a previous reviewer accurately mentioned, the bar is now decrepit looking storage area. I took a look and stumbled across a pair of hobos sleeping there. I was told the pool was closed. Amend your fraudulent description of your facilities! You only have a choice of 2 meals for breakfast in the dining area however, the site of cockroaches running across the table put me off eating. Room was serviced only ONCE in a week! Dear staff, do you know those signs they have in normal hotels you hang on the door - 'do not disturb/please make up room'? Well, invest in some of those signs and change the duvet when you 'clean' the room you lazy devils. ##### Duncan ### 2/10 Terrible #### Shannon May 6, 2022 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities Upon arrival they tried to tell me I didn't have a room reserved and only conceded when I showed my itinerary. Then when I asked when they offered the free breakfast, they claimed that there wasn't one. Again, my itinerary. Then they didn't offer to help with our luggage. Then we went to check on the pool and they tried to get us not to use it by saying it's to cold. When we went up anyway we were disgusted. The pool was completely green from never being cleaned. The bar area looked as though it was more of a storage area. Then when we went down for breakfast we were given 2 choices of what we could eat. Beverages were NOT included and the coffee was horrible. The pictures that are shown are definitely ancient as only the outside barely resembles the actual look. I can't say strongly enough, DO NOT GO HERE!!!
