Very nice hotel, great staff
The hotel is very clean and the staff are so amazingly helpful!! Nothing was a problem. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would definitely stay again if in Phnom Penh.

Perfect location and room, BUT !
I was originally going to give the Harmony Hotel a perfect review. The hotel has everything going for it. Its position near the river and nightlife is superb. The hotel is very clean, modern and highly recommended. If I was to return to Phnom Penh I’d stay there again. HOWEVER, upon checking out this morning there was a major disappointment. I had paid U.S $15 in cash to reception the day before my tour to S21 and the Killing Fields. I’d paid in cash at the time of my initial booking of the tour. But the girl taking my money had not noted it into their system, and despite pointing this out I wasn’t believed, and had to pay for a second time. Not the end of the world, but a poor end to my stay at a great hotel. I should have asked for a receipt at the time of paying, instead of trusting them to note down my payment. You live and learn.

Great location for exploring the city. Great value and large rooms. The hotel is not new but the staff are constantly cleaning and buffing the hotel and it presents very well.

Great place by the river.
Quite new. Very clean. Nice room, excellent roof pool and bar above. Great views. Close to the river. Had a room with balcony - well worth it. Staff very nice. Buffet small but good. Only comment was slow service at breakfast. Minor in comparison to all the positive points but could be improved. Next to a local market so all the sights and sounds of PP too. Absolutely 100% would stay there again.

Clean and as described. Staff were really welcoming and the gym and pool were reall top notch. Market out the front to get to the main strip needed getting use to but otherwise great hotel and location

Really enjoyed me stay here. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean, well presented rooms. Amazing views from rooftop restaurant and pool. Plenty of bars and restaurants close to the hotel and central market only a short tuk tuk ride away. I would most definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was big enough and had a balcony looking over a noisy street below but with views of the nearby pagoda. The location was convenient near the river and walking distance to many of the tourist attractions. The pool area was lovely but has minimal lounge chairs. The gym was okay, but could get quite warm. I would recommend it.

Fabulous & Sexy Room with a View
Best hotel room of 45 nights traveling S E Asia! Modern, minimalist room & sexy, glass shower with view through room. Loved it all. Super nice staff & wonderful buffet breakfast in stylish, large cafe. Great location on the river in Saigon. We booked a super fun CuChi Tunnels fast boat trip & simply crossed the road to the ferry dock! Walked to several great restaurants. The hotel suggested a dance show at the Opera House & set us up with great tickets & we walked a couple blocks there. Definitely would only stay at this hotel again! Lovely!! And the roof top pool & bar were spectacular!

We loved this hotel and it's location. We had booked a different hotel for our return portion of our trip but cancelled it and stayed again at the Harmony. The staff were great, rooms large, bathroom very clean. The pool during the day was lovely and sitting beside it in the evening listening to live music with a drink and a view of the river was fabulous. There are 2 levels above the pool for viewing and drinks (outside stairs only) with a wonderful 360 degree view of Phnom Penh from the top level.

Unhappy with pool set up
Enjoyed the stay, have stayed there on several trips and have had several friends stay there through my advise. Only regret is they don't allow the lounges to enjoy the afternoon sun by the pool. Very disappointing as that was one of the main reasons I used to stay there. Would stay somewhere else on that alone.

Loved the location above the local market near the river. Had a balcony room which I really enjoyed. Breakfast very good and hotel exceptionally clean. Rooftop infinity pool and hot tub was a great bonus.

Great Location and Hotel!
I will stay here again. You get what you pay for! I had the Suite Balcony 9th floor, GREAT view of river area. Pool and hot tub on top floor (11th) is very nice with river view. The food is a little pricy. Get the breakfast included, nice buffet! Laundry service 4 doors down, small bar next door. Taxi and Tuk Tuk drivers in front of hotel. Don't use Tuk Tuk for Killing Field and prison tours, take taxi and you pay for entrance fees. Ask for Rina, nice young man, very good English. He can drive you in taxi or tuk tuk.

Hotel is clean and well appointed. Location with a market right outside its doorstep is less than desirable. Turn left when you leave the hotel and it's lovely with the riverfront. But turn right and you get the smells etc of the market!

everything about this hotel is first class except the lift is a little slow at times It is not the hotel for people with walking difficulties as there are 18 steps up to reception.

It’s comfortable enough. Location is excellent. The breakfast buffet is ok. I had an ant problem in my bathroom. It was quiet. On checkout day, they told me a coffee cup saucer was missing from my room. Told them I hadn’t touched it. They treated me like I had stolen from them and hey charged me for it despite I don’t even remember seeing a saucer. I thought that was super tacky and rude. Who steals a saucer from anywhere ever?! Take pix of what’s in the room when you arrive or they’ll accuse you of stealing it.

We liked everything. Excellent location, friendly, helpful staff always ready to help, clean hotel throughout, very nice clean rooms,(1nt delux,3nts suite) very comfortable beds, good breakfast, nice pool and rooftop bar with river and city views. Easy walk to the river, many popular sites,restaurants and markets. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not as harmonious.
Hot water was non-existent for first three days. Front desk was never able to exchange currency, citing not enough small bills. My girlfriend is of Cambodian descent and although she was registered as guest, guards kept treating her as street girl, asking for ID. Booked taxi to airport and although it was booked the day before, the front desk did not call for taxi until we came down to check out. Taxi ended up being 20 minutes late.

Good hotel at river walk and local market
Good location, next to local market and the river walk, very convenient, plenty of local and established restaurants, massage, and convenient store. Hot water work well, air conditioning is a little weak and can only get down to 17 degree Celsius. Restaurant served simple but decent breakfast with variety of Asian and European choice including hot tea, coffee, and orange juice. Room have safe. Bathrope, and slippers. Hotel is open 24 hours and have front desk personnel at all hours. Good hotel to stay, we recommended!
