The property is currently undergoing renovation with loud construction noise 7am- 6pm on several floors. No fitness or spa facilities are available. No prior warning of these issues was given and the room rates have remained at full rate. Very disappointing and indicative of management attitude to guests.

Every time I come visit Phnom Penh Cambodia the hotel that O always stay is Green Palace Hotel. It has all facilities that you need from Spa, Gym and skybar. I highly recommend this place since it is price reasonable.

Basically everything is great about the hotel apart for the construction that was taking place next door and they start as early as 7am in the morning thus making it almost impossible to sleep beyond 7am

Moderate stay
Clean hotel, Good service from restaurant's staff but not receptionist. Nice location, can take tuk tuk to everywhere easily. Receptionist did not remember and took note after I have reminded them in details, and end up a bad experiences in Phnom Penh visit. Overall, I still like the attitude and services of the staffs form restaurant, bellman, room cleaner but definitely not reception.

excellent service, but poor location
Room was exceptionally clean, cable with many channels. Hot water became lukewarm on second day. Breakfast was good. Airport pickup is pricey but worth it after a long trip and the driver waited for over an hour. Staff were very helpful and made numerous phone calls to resolve airline problems. The main problem is the neighborhood lacks cafes and restaurants catering to foreigners. Across the street is an abandoned building. All interesting sites are a short tuktuk ride away. If you want a clean room with attentive staff, good breakfast staring at 6 am, and a massage at the hotel spa, this is for you. if you want to browse the neighborhood, it's not.

Highly recommended hotel
Impressive hotel with good service. Staff are very friendly and well mannered, and very helpful. Hotel is furnished nicely, very comfortable. Gym is extremely good, very well furnished with plenty equipment. Hotel has its own rooftop bar too, a cafe on its extra cozy ground floor, and breakfast spread is considered good as compared to previous hotel we stayed in on the first two nights. There are marts just next to the hotel too, very convenient. Highly recommended hotel!

Very good Hotel to stay at a budget price.
I stayed in this hotel for about 5 nights, overall its very good. staffs are so pleasing, big sized rooms, comfortable beds. its is a good location accessible to market centre.

stayed 5 nights - room very spacious with nice view - easy to spend time there - staff a highlight - all smiles & friendliness with good attitude - breakfast also a highlight especially for price (with some exceptions) but coffee was good! stayed with my cambodian partner - staff very respectful apart from one staff member working the lifts late one night offering me a condom thinking she was a hooker - considerate of him but next time keep your mouth shut!! reccommended if you can get a decent price

Pleasant stay
Hotel is relatively new and does not have a swimming pool. But it does have a nice fitness center, sauna, steam bath and massage. Breakfast was okay. There is a roof top bar from where you can see Phnom Penh. Food in restaurant needs some improvement Location is good. Whether for business or leisure I would stay here again.

Stayed here for 2 nights. While I was used to the sights and sounds of the riverside, this is relatively quaint and serene, which inadvertently means less places of interests within a 5 minute walk. Not having a landmark nearby makes it a difficult task to guide the tuk-tuk drivers to the hotel, as the "Green XXX" name is relatively common as well. It is however, a very good, clean and new hotel, with excellent service from the staff, so I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay!

Rat running around roof bar !
The staff are very limited on speaking English which was not very good when trying to order something from the café area in the lobby, when eating on the roof a rat was running around which was very off putting. The hotel is more for Asian customers not western due to food served and breakfast, positive comment gym is not bad!

Staff was friendly and service was pretty good. Room was clean and generally hotel was well kept. Only problem I had was with the heater, it was too difficult to use to fill up the small bathtub

どこに行くにも便利
どこに行くにも便利です。 また、ホテルのビブスを着用しているトゥクトゥクもおり移動も安心できます。 ホテルはカンボジアでは珍しくバスタブがあります。 それだけで随分とストレスは軽減されました。 バスルーム全部が水浸しになるスタイルがほとんどだったので。 スタッフもとても感じがよいですし、ジムもあり、トータルでとても満足です。

あまり感じの良くないホテル
今回の利用で３回目であったが毎回デポジットとして宿泊料金とほぼ同じ金額を要求される、理由は備品、家具等を壊した時の為だと説明されたが壊した時は必ず払うと説明したが納得されずとても感じが悪かった。部屋もあまり清潔感が無くシャワーもＨとＣの表示も説明も無く熱湯が出て火傷しようになった。今後は利用しない。
