Good value stay in Phitsanulok. The room was clean and the AC cooled well. The bathroom has no separate section for shower, so you will have water all over the floor afterwards. The breakfast buffet was good with two choices available. Both of them Thai dishes. The Wifi was good during the morning and around noon. But when the guests start to arrive in the afternoon, it will get slower.
