"We stayed here over Memorial weekend and it was a perfect little cabin for my husband and I. Excellent views and the hot tub was a perfect spot to relax at night. Pretty close to the town of New Lexington if you want to grab a pizza or ice cream. The reviews don’t lie, this is a great little cabin for 2!"

"My girlfriends and I booked this cabin for a weekend to gather for some R&R and good cackling. The property matches exactly what is listed, potentially even better, and we greatly enjoyed our time such that we hope to return again next year. The cabin was clean and well stocked with high quality linens and necessities (including lots of firewood). The property was quiet and secluded with lots of interesting things to look at. The plunge hot tub worked well but we could never figure out how to...

"This is our 2nd year visiting Burr Oak. The lake and boat ramp is only 3 minutes away. Andy, the host, is so friendly & lives very close to the rental house. I love it there! Away from the "big" city of Columbus. So much fun to venture out and explore. We will definitely be back in the year 2025!!"

"This cabin is so neat and unique! Three cozy stories beautifully decorated (the pictures don't do it justice). When we arrived the home was warm and cozy, lights already on. I wish the weather had been warmer so we could have enjoyed the fire pit more and the view of the woods out back. Lynn has thought of all your needs ...stocked with toiletries, first aid, hair dryer, etc. I would not advise it for anyone with issues climbing stairs....the home layout means lots of stair climbing needed. Wifi...

"The Cow Paddy is very clean, neat and well organized. The owners have it well supplied with everything one could need. She even left us homemade sourdough bread with butter and honey which was delicious. The view is relaxing and beautiful. Definitely recommend this place to stay to relax and unwind."

"Stayed for the weekend during Nelsonville Music Festival. Cozy set-up. Fire pit, hot tub, hammock posts all made for a relaxing stay. Just make sure that when you Google or Waze directions, you search for "Hidden Gem Cabins"... If you only enter the address, Google may take you 1/2 mile or so down the road. Property manager helped get us back on track. If you're going to be in and out, I recommend downloading an offline map of the area since service can be spotty (service at the cabin was good)."
