There is one full-size futon and two twin beds. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster and dishes. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. This is not a full condo. You are allowed access to the dock and the grounds. This property provides a setting with stunning views of Elk Lake, endless fun and relaxation on the 4-lake Phillips Chain of Lakes right from the docks! There's direct access to ATV/UTV & snowmobile trails, a short drive to the nearby golf course, and it's close to town for shopping, parks, & bars/restaurants. Welcome home to your Northwoods retreat! SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT: This condo offers additional lodging with a connected, lockable, entryway to unit #6\. If you want to reserve them both, please be sure to book them both.
