We felt safe in this neighbourhood We did not have a rental car and found we could easily get whatever we needed. Donovan was fast to respond to any questions and was very friendly. About a 5 mins walk to the beach and under 10 mins to the boardwalk. Host communication before our arrival and during our stay was great. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi and Donovan sorted very quickly. Friendly neighbours, but could be a little noisy at times. Efficient aircon in both rooms and safe parking. Donovan absolutely ensured my check in was flawless, the place was nice and roomie and cleaner than the Sonesta. At the first quick glance I was stood back by the devastation of Irma surrounding this property but Donovan rebuilt this house even more perfectly. From the best shower with killer pressure to the ease to do a load of laundry this is definitely a home instead of just a rental. It was so nice cooking here as everything is available here from the super clean oven to a great working kettle. I even made tea from the herbs growing outside in the gated property that comes with a private parking lot. This is great value for money and hope you enjoy this stay as much as I did.
