Guests have access to all areas of the property. We do ask the you please be bear aware and treat the forest with respect. Pay attention to local fire restrictions. WINTER RESERVATIONS: 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended due to heavy snow and ice conditions, although the roads to the cabin are regularly plowed.  
  
Step inside this authentic log cabin and feel the cozy mountain charm. The home is designed for relaxation and fun, spread across multiple levels.  
Main Floor:  
Comfortable living area for gathering and family time in front of the cozy stove.   
A well-equipped kitchen featuring a unique red retro fridge.  
One full-size Murphy bed.  
Downstairs:  
A second living space perfect for family fun.  
Ping pong table for epic ping pong tournaments and a collection of old movies for entertainment.  
Outdoor Space:  
Huge wraparound deck with views of the surrounding forest.  
Grill up some dinner on the BBQ grill while enjoying the beautiful forest views.  
Roast marshmallows while telling campfire stories around the fire pit.   
Private hot tub for relaxing soaks under the big, starry Montana skies.  
Sleeping Arrangements:  
Upstairs: Two bedrooms with a total of four queen/full beds.  
Basement: One king bed in a semi-private area, with privacy curtains provided.  
Main Floor: One full-size Murphy bed.  
  
Your own vehicle is necessary for getting to the property and for exploring Philipsburg. There are no taxis or driving services available in the area. It is highly recommended that you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle in the winter months, Montana weather is unpredictable and the roads can become icy or covered in snow. The road to the cabin is regularly plowed, however snow and ice can be present after plowing.

Rustic Amenities: To embrace the authentic cabin experience, please note the property does not have air conditioning or a dishwasher.  
Wildlife Awareness: This is a cabin in the woods. It is very important to keep all food locked up and put away inside to avoid attracting bears and mice. We are diligent about rodent control, but we cannot guarantee a mouse won't visit if food and crumbs are left out.   
Fire Safety: Please pay close attention to and respect all local fire restrictions. Your safety and the preservation of our beautiful forest are paramount.
