« This property was chosen primarily due to its location ( near Temple University), as my grandson was taking part in the NATS competition. It was an oasis for our family. We used an Uber as our primary mode of transportation. The summer weather was extreme, and the public transprtation system, well, disappointing. Neither of those things had anything to do with the property. The owners were quick to help when we needed them (via text/phone). There was no recycling bin....but I am sure they will...

« WORST EXPERIENCED EVER IN MY LIFE!! The owner did not answer any of my messages. He never showed up. When Expedia Customer Service finally reached him, he denied having a reservation, he refused to give me my money back and I had to look for another accommodation 30 »

« We spend a couple of days at this location and it had everything we needed. The location is pretty central and had many restaurants walking distance. Like they had in the description, parking is challenging, but not impossible . »

« This is a cute rowhouse in a clean, quiet neighborhood sprinkled with cafes, pubs, restaurants and even a prison -- a defunct prison that is a museum, that is. The house is in walking distance to the art museum and Fairmount Park, close to public transit, and a short drive to downtown/airport/wherever. « Our lodging was perfect for our needs. Plenty of nearby eating and drinking establishments, Close to Drexel and Penn, and 15 minutes to downtown Philadelphia. The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was adequately equipped and the neighborhood felt safe. »
