It was perfect for my quick weekend stay and comfortable for myself. The bed was a little rickety and made a lot of noise when rolling over. The kitchen is shared between two units and was nicely supplied with dishes. I didn’t use it for much more than to boil water for tea/coffee but could have cooked a quick meal if needed. There are several layers of locked doors so felt secure but also there are families living in neighboring units with kids playing on the street so neighborhood felt safe. Convenient to Fairmount Park area. The only major downsides I had was a lack of hot water, which luckily I prefer cooler showers. There are a few very good breakfast places nearby however I am unsure about dinner and lunch as I was further away during those times. There were a few details that were not clear in the ad. For instance the free parking is not at the property, it is down the street and on the curb. There is a $249 security deposit to receive your check in codes on top of the room fee. The unit “shares” a kitchen with another room and the room you are booking only has a bed, bath, and closet. There is a small refrigerator, tv and WiFi. The unit was sufficiently secure and comfortable and suited my needs for a short stay on business. Was perfect for a single traveler. The neighborhood appeared to be “transitioning” and there was a great deal of “updating” going on that was encouraging. The location was very convenient but a short commute would be necessary for food and supplies. It wasn’t, however, the street was cute and quant and a true picture would’ve sufficed. Aside from that, it was perfect a cozy place for a quick stay. The area felt safe and nice and quiet. Parking was convenient. Its location nearby a beautiful park and a driving range. The air quality was a pit poor.
