Welcome to the Thena Hotel in Center City Philadelphia. Just steps from the Kimmel Center and City Hall, we are right where you need to be while visiting Philly.   
  
There are 9 units inside our beautifully designed completely renovated staff-less hotel. Enter into the subway tiled entryway with local art work hanging throughout.

\-This is a residential area, please respect our neighbors and follow quiet hours of 10pm-7am  
\-Parking not included, there is a lot across the street we recommend (ABM Parking) the rate is approximately $40 for overnight parking  
\-There is no elevator in the building, this unit is on the 2nd floor  
Welcome to Philly! We want you to have an amazing time in our city while ensuring our home stays in great shape for everyone. We’ve had some past issues, so these rules are here to help keep everything running smoothly. If anything seems unclear or if you have any questions, just ask – we’re here to help!  
House Rules:  
No parties or events – Let’s keep things low-key and relaxed.  
No drugs or illicit behavior – Safety and respect for everyone are key.  
No smoking, vaping, or marijuana – Please keep it out of the home, off the balconies, and at least 25 feet away from the building.  
Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am – We strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest.  
Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation.  
No shoes inside – Helps keep the place clean and cozy.  
Toilet paper only in the toilet – Keeps the plumbing happy!  
Keep the home clean and tidy – Report any damages or missing items to us right away.  
Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along.  
Age Requirement:  
Guests must be 21 years or older.  
Location Requirement:  
We don’t rent to local residents of Philadelphia – this helps us maintain a vacation-friendly atmosphere.  
Please note that Thena Hotel is located in a vibrant city setting, and occasional urban noise may be present.  
Fee Schedule:  
$500 for removing any or all guests/occupants.  
$500 for excessive noise.  
$500 for smoking.  
$500 for breaking any house rules.  
$1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects.  
$50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out.  
$50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests.  
We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.

The overall place was great. It had more than what we needed. It was clean and quiet. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because there were some Tarro cards on the table which was a little scary.

#### Great location but needs some fixes

The location is phenomenal. We were there for a show and it was just around the corner. There were a few issues which kept me from giving a 5, but if they are fixed, I could easily rate this a five. The biggest concern was the fact that the street door was never locked which we didn’t see as a big deal until I realized, as we were leaving, that pushing on our unit’s locked door also opened it, no key code needed. The mini fridge had an unpleasant odor which kept us from using it. I did put a bottled drink into the fridge and within 1/2 hour, the bottle smelled like the fridge. My wife could not stop talking about how comfortable the bed was.

#### Great Stay! 

Perfect location! Very easy to walk to the markets, entertainment, and food nearby. There is parking across from the bnb. We kept our car there all weekend, with no problem! Would come again!

#### Great location.

Walking distance to just about everything Philly has to offer, Rittenhouse Square, Reading Terminal Market, several great restaurants and local coffee shops. Parking across the street made checking in and out very easy. Clean and well kept, would definitely stay here again.
