Nice area. Nice building. Needs closer attention to cleaning of rooms. Dust buildup was noticeable. Staff, especially valet, was very kind and helpful.

The hotel was so clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the Living Room. The staff were very helpful. Our room was clean. Our Bellman, Teddy, went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. Thank you!

The bed was very comfortable and the room was overall clean. Our floor had an offensive smell- like stale fast food- that did not dissipate even after we put on our room fan. The smart tv would not connect to the internet, so no Netflix or showtime. We called the front desk who sent up a technician who could not trouble shoot the problem.

Only stay here if you’re attending the party in tb
Great checkin. Shower and heat were broken. Apparently our room was over the ballroom. The partying vibrated our room, even the hallway outside our room. The DJ was audible in our room. After an hour I called the front desk, they said yes they knew and would ask the DJ to lower the volume. Thirty minutes later it was still loud and the front desk said they had asked the DJ to lower it and the party would be over soon. After 30 minutes I got dressed and went down there, they could hear it there too. Either the staff or manager apologized or offered to do anything, they said it’s almost over. How can you rent rooms were people can’t sleep.

It was an average hotel. Expedia stated it Wass a 4 star hotel and I felt it was more like a 3. For one night, it was a good stay.

Great Stay! I'm a hot sleeper...what can be done?
Its a great hotel. My issue is probably my own, but being a hot sleeper, I wish there was a secondary thin blanket available as an option besides a thin sheet and a thick comforter. Even down to 65 degrees, its still too hot. Just thought I would give you that information.
