The property is located on the 2nd Floor of a traditional walk-up and consists of 3Bedrooms/3Bathrooms capable of comfortably sleeping 10! Perfectly located across from tourist hotspot "Eastern State Penitentiary" and just a short walk to numerous restaurants/cafes/bars/Penn Hospital/University of Penn/Drexel! 3x private balconies! Great option for traveling business partners, groups, and/or family getaways. Amazing home that offers everything you need for your comfort and relaxation. The property is located on the 2nd Floor of a traditional walk-up and consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, a modern open concept entertainment space and 3 walk-out decks one for each bedroom on the 2nd floor, and another off the 3rd floor. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare a nice meal after a busy day in the city! \-1st Floor: Apartment begins on 2nd floor \-2nd Floor: Kitchen/living room/dining/2x bedrooms (queens in each)/full bath in hall/ 2x walk-out deck. \-3rd Floor: Bedroom with 2x queen beds/ensuite bath/hall full bath/ walk-out deck Located in downtown Philadelphia (Fairmount neighborhood), the location can't be beat as you're just a short walk to tourist and business attractions (University of Penn, Philadelphia Museum of art, University of Penn Hospital, Barnes foundation, Franklin Field, Center City, ETC! ). Tourist hotspot "Eastern State Penitentiary" is directly across the street! There's always something going on as festivities, great restaurants, shopping, and whatever else you may want are close by. If you'd prefer not to walk, the bus stop or a taxi/uber is literally just outside your front door. The space is located in a quiet neighborhood street with adequate free parking directly out the front door and on the surrounding streets. Kitchen has basic supplies as far as cooking and serving needs. Easy to walk about Philly or catch an Uber from here. Deck was accessible and a great place to get fresh air and relax.
