The Neighborhood: Just a few blocks North of Center City, Spring Garden is a calm neighborhood has significant cultural attractions. The architecture is mid-to-late 19th century, and the neighborhood has many restaurants and bars nearby. It is also much easier to park in this neighborhood than Center City, to take into account if you're coming by car! It’s also a few minutes from the city’s most historic neighborhoods — including Old City and Society Hill — as well as many tourist attractions, on Independence Mall and elsewhere. By its proximity to Center City, Spring Garden is the ideal choice for any traveler looking to travel by car, or looking for a quieter neighborhood while still enjoying all the benefits the city has to offer. Getting Around: Philadelphia, one of the country’s most walkable cities, is incredibly easy to navigate either by foot or by public transportation. That just leaves one question: Where to park the car? ON-SITE PARKING: The building offers paid parking starting at $25/day (discounts for longer stays) We’ll share the link to reserve your spot with them once you book. ON-STREET PARKING Philadelphia has thousands of metered spots throughout the city, perfect if you only plan to park for an hour or two. The area near this unit usually has a little street parking available. Be sure to read all parking signs very carefully before leaving your car to avoid ticketing and towing during hours in which parking may be prohibited. OTHER OPTIONS For moving around, you'll also find several bus stops, bike ride-sharing stations, and subway stations.
