The unit is lovely and within walking distance (15 minutes or so) of Chinatown. Qi communicated quickly to answer questions. The unit is smaller than we anticipated, but it suited our needs. It might be the cleanest short-term rental in our experience. The location around the unit has limited dining, shopping, etc. The restaurants mentioned in the listing are all permanently closed. No grocery stores, convenience stores, restaurants, or shops within a couple of blocks in all directions. It was fine walking during the day, but as advised, I would not walk in the area after dark and would be very cautious during the day. Not being able to adjust the thermostat didn't thrill me. Fans or extra blankets would help to adjust the comfort level. Pros: Super clean, affordable, beautiful shower, large bedrooms, walking distance to Chinatown and Center City, desk in one bedroom, easy access/"check-in" Cons: sketchy neighborhood, limited kitchen (no oven, toaster, dishwasher), couldn't adjust the thermostat ##### Kendel S.
