Smells of cigarettes in corridor. Smell in room . Needed deodorant spray which they sprayed. Breakfast had only cold water for tea , coffee was cold. No microwave to warm up. No donuts, cookies or any thing. Hotel is under renovation partly. Outside apparence is good.

Good for the money

Location: It was in a great low key location
When we first arrived at the hotel, and went into our room, we noticed stains on the comforter. I called to ask for housekeeping to bring another one and it took about 2 hours. I ad to call back down. The room smelled like mildew, and it looked like mold was growing in the corner in the bathroom. The shower curtain was dirty, as well as the wash cloths. I was Thankful that I always bring wash cloths with me. Now the balcony was nice and they do have HBO, but I think that they could be a lot cleaner in there.

Needs attention to detail

Pros: location
Cons: everything from the front desk reception to the blankets to the overall guest safety
Location: delcious cafe called Chickie and Franks cafe serving crabby fries (famous) seafood broth, buffalo wings and everything is super clean and delicious
I said I would not recommend this hotel even though the prices being low. Other than that, there was a hole in the blanket a very thin cheap blanket, it looked like a two inch cigarette hole in it. the bed was small about a full sized bed, i like a larger bed. there were no hangars for me to hang up my clothes even though there was a clothes rack. there was no shampoo or conditioner. the safety was not adequate. I saw a tough looking gangster type just walking down the hall as there are several entrances just open. No card required to open access these doors and that is not good. the front desk person never smiled when I checked in or was welcoming at all. that was bad too. it needs to be improved. the hallways stunk from the construction

Nasty smoke infested

House keeping leaves at 3pm and you can’t request anything for your room after 3 no iron or ironing board available, smoking allowed in non smoking rooms as well as hallways staff says there is nothing they can do and they will not refund the room cost

The stay was decent for the cost and location. There was a lot of extra stuff going on that was very unsettling. But it served a purpose.

Filthy & sleazy

The room was filthy,roaches in the bathroom,dirt & grime on walls. Dirt on the carpets & stains,the linens were dirty so i asked for new ones. The front desk told me they gave out the last set & wouldnt have anymore until the next morning! I paid almost 200$ for that room, no breakfast or anything
